Our Staff

Production & Service Department         
The production department is led by a full time production manager who is responsible for the supervision of the production crews out in the field.  Each production crew consists of one team leader responsible for the outcome of each specific project, a group of factory trained installers and a clean up crew who removes all waste to our dumpsters. Every member of the production team is covered under general liability and worker's compensation insurance.

Administration and Finance Departments    
Linda Storione is the head of the administration department.   Her responsibilities include overseeing the bookkeeper, controller, and administrative assistants.  Linda also controls the finance division. 

For homeowners who prefer financing, Thermal Shield Enterprises, LLC is backed by Key Bank and GE Money Bank.   GE Money Bank is the largest lender in the world and warrants all finance jobs.  For example once finance documents are executed, even if Thermal Shield Enterprises, LLC were to go out of business, they would refund the homeowner their money back or find a certified company to install the products.

Sales Department
Joe Storione, Jr. is following in his father’s foot steps and is growing the sales force by constantly training and striving to mold the perfect sales person.  Joe Jr. quotes "The starting point for a successful company is to have highly trained sales people to take on jobs that are accurate in pricing (for the sake of the homeowner and the company) and realistic for production (so our customers know what they are getting and our staff is happy).”

Joe Jr's goal is to educate each homeowner and potential client and provide impeccable service to those who choose Thermal Shield Enterprises, LLC to complete their projects.

Marketing Department
Mike Storione is the company's marketing agent . Mike's responsibilities include answering inquiries and scheduling customer appointments with appropriate sales representatives. Mike also assists in the traditional marketing elements and advertisements of the company.
